Founded in November 2003, the Company maintains a registered capital of RMB20 million. It mainly produces and sells WELLUX laminate wood flooring, and is also engaged in sales of parquet and flooring accessories, import & export, as well as professional flooring installation services.

Professional operation and quality products have won a variety of awards for WELLUX Flooring. The Company has been awarded new ISO9001 international quality certificate and ISO14001 environmental system certificate, and its products totally conform to GB18580-2001E1 and European E1 environmental protection and health standards. In 2004, it passed the audit conducted by Chinese Industry Association for Anti-microbial Materials and Products.
